To me they just look like a made-up decoration for furniture. They do not conform to any method of depicting any tinctures (Petra Sancta system of haching and dots) and the accompanying flags do not appear to be modelled on anything genuine. As one is not able to determine any tinctures, the possibility of the arms being genuine appears remote.
The blazon would be 'X' a Chevron reversed [possibly 'Y'] between three Fleurs-de-Lys 'Z'. The X, Y and Z denoting the missing tinctures. The 'possibily' denoting a possible different tincture to 'Z', but not required if it is the same as 'Z'.
