Re "elements"
The relevance of the observation is that it demonstrates the ring is most likely NOT of Roman origin as suggested and MAY have some tie to Great Britain and Ireland. There was no mention of family tradition. The dates of the issuance of the other arms/crests, might help to narrow down a more specific time frame for the age of the design and perhaps the ring.
Given more research, others may be able to identify the person for whom the arms were awarded.
