My husband's family came from Germany, generations of them, back to the 1600's we have found so far.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the Herweck Coat of arms is and if there is a surname history.

I have been looking everywhere and no database has any information for me. They always say that "the surname Herweck is not found in our database."

Any information will be appreciated.

Contrary to popular belief, there is no such thing as a "FAMILY coat of arms" or "Family Crest." They are earned by or granted to individuals. If you are not finding a coat of arms, it is quite likely that no one of your family/surname either earned them or had them granted.
