I have purchased a photo of Julia Scott. In the photo with her is Isabel Stalker. The are in a boat on the Hudson River, therefore they are from the New Jersey - New York area. It was taken in 1941. They look to be about 18 - 20 years old ..altho I'm just guessing about the age.
