Heinrich Neujahr and his wife Caroline Dorothea Christine Neujahr nee Jandt came to Wis from Bremerhaven in 1868.
I strongly suspect they stopped in an area of Wis where they got help and a moment to rest before they moved on to NE where they settled. There were other Neujahr families in the area at the time and I would appreciate any help in find a connection between these families.
