I am an Imsicke, and my family is from the Cincinnati(Hamilton County) part of Ohio. Obviously by the last name, my family is clearly of German heritage! I believe that my grandfather Elmer's great-grandfather or great-great-grandfather was the first to come to the U.S. from Germany.
