The information on the Coker and Wright surnames is correct (as well as the Miller surname, but your not interested in that).
The Simmons surname also has origins on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and into Delaware where it will appear as Sammons, Salmons, Simmons, and Simons. This line dates back to the late 1600's.
As stated in my previous posting, if your research on these family lines ties you back to these areas and time periods, I am willing to work with you to find the connection.
Know that it is not known whether or not branches of these surnames, or branches of the tribes took a southern migration path. Evidence collected to date reflects a north and west migration path (the Lenape Trail of Tears). However I believe there is a possibility that some of the tribe may have migrated south.
