Hi. I could be totally off. But the Pezzzi.... spelling rung a bell with me. There was an Ojibwe Chief in the Lapointe, WI area named Chief Buffalo/aka La Boeuf/Kitchi-Weshki/Great First one. That spelling you gave looks very similar. Try typing in Chief Buffalo into google and see if you find anything that helps.
