Don't believe everything you read on the ancestry site. Some of the information is not correct people have been putting on there for years.I have not known about all it being wrong until recently.I even found out that the site on the LDS was wrong.I am a direct blood line from the scribner tree and my Father 82 years old is still living and have other uncles sill living also.So I do know alot more about the Scribner's than most. But my problem is finding out on my grandmother's side of the family. My e-mail if any questions is

I have no connection to your families, but also wanted to say that I have found incorrect information on both ancestry and LDS sites. Also years ago, before computers, information was given to the LDS Library, which I am sure was thought to be correct at the time, but with additional research is incorrect today.
My advise, dig a little deeper and find documentation!
Sue
