I'm the gr-granddaughter of Dennis R Williams who married a Scotch/Irish woman (Ida Atkinson)in 1891. I have heard that Dennis was from the Alabama-Coushatta reservation, and that my grandmother (Bertha) was born on the reservation. Dennis, his wife and 3 children later lived off the reservation. In his later years Dennis lived in a cabin along the banks of the Sabine River where he died in 1951. I would like to find out anything I can about his father/mother, sibling (I have been told he had a brother), or any other relations. I have an old photo, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
