Trying to identify this place but cant quite make it out, its on the identity documents of my Great Grand father who was from an area in Lithuania near the border with Poland, an area which after WW2 ended up as part of Poland. Also just to complicate things it could be in Russian as the whole area was under Russian rule at the time and although Lithuanian, he was actually classed as Russian on his arrival in Scotland in 1914 Any thoughts on what it spells would be great, tried to Google map a couple of things but no hits.
Thanks
