Anna Knotek is my great great grandmother. She married Simon Psutka and they had three children. Julia, Jerry, and Mary.
Julia, my great grandmother married Edward Vondra. They had two daughters, Rose, who died of pneumonia when she was a year old, and Anna May, my grandmother. Julia is still alive today, but since she was born after her parents came to America, she doesn't remember much about her family. If you can help me, or think you might be able to, please email me. It's very important to my family.

I'm researching the Vondra name. My mother's mother & father came from Moravia when they were children. Grandfather was from Hrotovice and Grandmother from Omice. I am curious if you know what area/village your grandfather Edward Vondra immigrated from.

Vondra, Knotek, or Psutka

I'm not sure. I can tell you what I know about my family. I know my great great grandparents were Simon and Anna Psutka. They were immigrants to the United States. They originally settled in Winsconsin, but moved to Michigan. They had three kids named Julia, John, and Mary. Julia is my great grandmother. She's going to be 95 years old on February 12. She doesn't know the names of her grandparents. She never met them. She married into the Vondra family, another Czech family. If you have any information, please share it. Thanks
