I am also a surprised descendent of slave owners. I had no idea until I started this journey of discovery. I have also come across information in probate and other records of slaves that I would like to share. The problem is where do I share this information?

I try to include it in notes in my tree but there has to be a better way. I just don't know what it is. If someone knows a good data base to contribute the information to, please advise me.
