Sorry Dannyssmile but I must respectfully disagree with you. If the OP and his parents and grandparents have all self identified and are identified in the community and world at-large as White, then he/she is indeed White. He/she has African ancestry true but to call him/her black is pushing it.
Black or African American is more than just the color of your skin, it has to do with the culture and family you are raised in, how society perceives you, etc. There are MANY factors that make black folks black. I have several dna cousins that are 99% european and 1% african and they, their parents, their grandparents, have "been white" for decades, just because they have found 1% african dna or because a person has found an African or part african ancestor does not change who they are UNLESS they want it to. It should not be up to anyone, especially a perfect stranger, to re-define who a person is.
