I have an ancestor, Rev. J. J. Miter, who was part of the emancipation movement in NY and Ohio prior to the Civil War. He is mentioned 3 places in an article in subject Journal. I think the entries are in Part 2 or Part 3 of the 4 published parts.
I found the references via Google Books. Unfortunately, they only show a snippit of information on each of the 3 places and I have been unable to locate either of the two parts on the web. Does anyone know of a library or collection that contains what I need to see?

Thank You
Brad Miter

I am in Atlanta. I will check the Atlanta University (Clark Atlanta University now) and Auburn Avenue Libraries which have extensive holdings of the Journal and respond to you directly.

My direct email address is cwdav1@mindspring.com
