My name is Ruth Brown. One of my family members years ago married a Wheeler. Her name was Lucy Smith. Other surnames that Mr. Emanuel Wheeler married into are Bass,Bates, and Euell. They lived at one time in or near Social Circle. I don't know if there is a connection or not, but as I mentioned in my previous replies of this thread, EVERYBODY knew each other back then. I have been visiting the town of Covington, and hope to get to Social Circle and Oxford. I have made some connections with different families.
