Y DNA 46

Classification: Query
Surnames: Hysaw, Hisaw, Highsaw, Hyso
Hello, my male cousin took the Y-DNA 46 test on Ancestry in hopes of figuring out the origin of the name Hysaw. I have been comparing his results with other known possible families with whom they intermarried looking for a match. My question is:
Is there any special significance to the sequence in which the results are entered on FTDNA and ysearch? For example looking at the 393, 390, 19, 391 markers which are listed first on those sites for individuals, is the fact that on the Coffey project there are groups which start their results on those markers with the same values as my cousin?(13, 24, 14, 10) They are not close matches later on down the list of each man's markers. Is it significant that they match on these four? In other words is this a potential clue as to the male ancestor back several generations (this is a family known to the Hysaw line) or is it just a way that test results happen to be displayed and grouped? Thank you, Susan Hollis
