The 23andMe V3 chip did test for several different Y SNPs. I myself tested as being positive for all the SNPs through I2b1 (old nomenclature; new nomenclature "I2a2a"), that is, through, M223+, with additional results of P95- and L1230- (thus excluding me from two subclades on the latest Nov 2013 ISOGG chart.)
However, recently (Nov 2013) 23andMe is switching to the V4 chip, which has significantly fewer SNPs. It is unclear at this time how many of the Y SNPs were left off in the new chip.
