Just recieved my y dna test results from Ancesty. Now for the real work. A little background my father's great grandmother never admitted to the paturnity of her son. So we carry her surname. I've also done the autosominal test and have results showing a decendant of my great grandfather as a cousin that I've been in contact with for several years. I have one 5 generation match and several 6 generation matches no of which I can put in the right time frame and place to be the sire of my great grand father.
My the real question I have one match at one generation,who is his father? Me, Dad or Grandpa.
