Hello,
Anyone out there with the Haplogroup L4b?
|
I am L4b. What do you know of this classification?
|
Hello,
It is good to hear from you. Well, all of this is very new to me; basically, I know the Haplo is found in East Africa. There is a high concentration in Tanzania among the Hadza and Sandawe people, and it is rare outside of Africa.
This is my very brief, and basic information. I hope to learn more as more people are tested, and the data becomes available. ?Have you any information to share.
Regards.
PS: It is possible that there is data available that I am not aware of.

thank you, hope you will share your findings. did you find anything noting high rates of L4b Haplo among the Tigray of Ethiopia?
yours,
Carla

Hi Carla,
This is the first time I am hearing of this group, I will check into it. I signed up with National Geographic's Genographic Project, hoping to get some info from this source. I once read a post, (can't remember the site,) where someone found an L4b2b match in England; this person went to England from Barbadoes. ?Do you mind sharing your national background. I am Jamaican.
Regards,
