Thank you, Ann. Is there a chart somewhere for the heteroplasmy codes? I checked Wikipedia and it is just a short definition. Ancestry uses a ":" in the reference for 310.1 & 315.1, which I gather means they do not appear. So, I used that for my 524 & 525 entries. It seems to have worked, as I got plenty of matches. Ancestry CS suggested just leaving them out and when I did so, I got no matches although I may not have waited long enough for it to calculate.
