A way to get them is to test at 23andMe, which gives both the mt- and Y-halogroups, as well as autosomal testing. However, they use an outdated alphanumeric nomenclature for the Y-haplogroup. You need to use their Haplogroup Tree Mutation Mapper tool to get the terminal SNP (at top). The current notation is:
