Hi Everyone,

I recently had my mtDNA tested by ancestry.com and found out I belong to haplogroup J. My individual results were: 73G 185A 228A 263G 295T 315.1C 16069T 16126C. I know that haplogroups J1 and J2 fall under the banner of haploroup J in general; so, since my results simply say haploroup J what does that mean exactly? Any assistance would be appreciated.
