Both Ancestry and 23&Me are autosomal tests and will help find relatives. Ancestry has the added attraction of the family trees. A good strategy (if you can afford it) is to test at Ancestry and transfer the raw data to FTDNA (FamilytreeDNA) for a $39 (I think) fee. And test separately at 23&Me -- that way you have a presence at all 3 major companies. Also transfer the raw data to
