I'd concur with that, and I'd also second the recommendation for 23andMe. I have found their search and comparison tools to be very helpful and easy to use - they offer more detail than Ancestry's, and are more intuitive than FTDNA's. I found 23andMe's ethnicity estimates to me far more precise than either Ancestry or FTDNA.

(PS: I'm not bashing Ancestry...been a paying member for years!)
