I uploaded my ancestry.com data to gedmatch and FTDNA. I am not sure what to think of this match.

On FTDNA I have a match of 34.64 cM for a woman, 38.77 cM for her uncle, and 33.88 for her mom. My mom and dad aren't matches for any of them. On gedmatch the woman and I share 13.5 cM total and 13.5 cM for the longest segment. She is also not a match for my parents on gedmatch. I am confused on what to make of this information. Any thoughts?
