I thought med/ Roman too, but that isn't it. Someone that lives over there who is a Montgomery, wrote something, I don't know if he is going to publish it. I think he might. Anyway, it made perfect sense. J2 is very very old, and the Montgomery/ Norman, is more rare in that area. The Montgomerys have something very distinct. If you want my 2 cents, you are looking at some kind of Ducal, Norman, line.
I tell you something that can be made public. The Montgomeries, off the Setons, that took the titles in the 1580s, They are kin to the Montgomerys further back. They were Montgomeries, Setons, before that, Wintons, before that, Bernard the Dane.
This Montgmery Seton, tested. He is maybe 2 off out of 36 with the Montgomery Montgomerys. In other words, just about 1000 years, just right for his iron clad pedigree.
Some old blue blood Gordons are testing J2. It may very well be, when they said the Normans were a different race, it may almost be true.
