I'm not talking about going through every cell manually :)

The steps of the macro are things like copying the clipboard to a certain cell, letting the formulas calculate a new column, and so forth. Try this: copy your AncestryDNA download as described in the first worksheet of the spreadsheet, then paste it into cell A20 of the formulas worksheet. Column F has formulas to transform the two columns with alleles into a single column with a genotype. Copy columns A, B and C starting at row 20 to the third worksheet. Copy column F of the formulas worksheet starting at row 20 and paste SPECIAL into column D of the third worksheet. Do a search and replace to change chromosome "23" to X. Save the third worksheet as a tab-delimited text file. That should do most of the things you would need for 3rd party utilities.
