I don't have match names for emerging members of the circle. For two circles (a married couple), this was of particular interest. The emerging circle member (same for both circles) matches two of my siblings but not my Mom. The circle is to Mom's ancestors. If my siblings were the two qualifying matches for the circles, then the emerging member does not share DNA with anyone there. She does have a common ancestor, of course, but this may not be a DNA match.
