Ancestral multiplicity and DNA circles

Because I have a number of "common branches" due to close relative marriages in my ancestry my circles are pretty much based around persons in these common branches. I also get relationship skew because these common branches make ancestors look closer than they actually are.
The closest skew point is my maternal grandmother and grandfather whom were cousins.
But I even have a common branch through both parents a number of generations back.
Most of this comes from my ancestors based in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick where the practice of marriage between first and second cousins seems somewhat common.
In all I have about 10 branches out of 128 that reduce those 10 branches to 3... and there may be more I am not yet aware of since part of the tree information is not yet discovered.
I have a predicted DNA match of 2nd cousin that I can not verify and it should be easy to do so since all of that range is filled out accurately... so I'm assuming that it is probably more distant but along one of these common branches which is likely to skew the relationship.

I'm waiting for that person to expand their tree and find the commonality/circle.

Many people will play with their tree for the free month and that is the end of it.

How many of you out there have encountered this issue and what is your take on how to adjust your predictions/results to account for it?
