Is there anyway to find out your haplogroups from your raw data?

I uploaded my raw data to promethease and it had a bunch of stuff tagged "haplogroups" and "haplogroup y (y-dna)"., nothing on haplogroups mtdna though however. I am posting this in hopes some kind and knowledgeable person can help me make sense of it.

I'm also confused as to why I even have something labeled y-dna when I am a female. I assume they are inactive genes/passive, quite confusing though. Also can I use these genes to determine what y-dna group I am, even though I'm female? I'm new to learning this dna stuff and really quite confused because I didn't think you could get any information about your y-dna if you were female.
