I would suggest testing with FamilyTreeDNA. They have the necessary tools for actual proofs - Ancestry offers guesses only and can lead you to some very wrong conclusions. FTDNA also keeps the sample so, for example, if you wanted to use a sample for another test, it would be possible. Their ethnic predictions are weak, but the actual matching tools make up for it IMHO. And yes, test the oldest first.
