Batch processing must be complete before the matches will show on the one-to-many report. Batch processing has been taking several weeks, though we expect to reduce that lag in the future. After uploading, tokenizing must be completed for the one-to-one comparison will work. That normally takes about 20 minutes, but it is not currently working because of a server glitch. Hope to get that fixed in the next few days.
