The default cutoff threshold for the list has been increased since April. It is now 7cM for Autosomal and 7cM for X-DNA. I don't remember what it was previously, but I'm pretty sure it was lower. The change was made because the long lists were locking the database and creating slow response times for all GEDmatch users. Personally, I don't think people should be considering anything below 7cM as a match, but they can change the threshold if they're really interested in seeing below that level.
