I use Genome Mate to keep all my matches, contact emails, and notes - so much easier & quicker than a spreadsheet. Also you can upload details straight out of GedMatch.
I made my own jpeg for my ancestors that simply says - Descendants of mine have DNA tested, you can compare on GedMatch Kit # Axxxxx'
I have already had 4 contacts and 3 people take the photo into their tree!!
