I have downloaded both 36 files and each time put in the 36 first the autosomal file that file starts with flo and then the x chromosome.which shows up starting with xo When I try to put in the x chromosome it says I can't. Carole

(381) Autosomal data for this kit number has been previously loaded. Yet they say the autosomal data has to be loaded first and then the x. I'm throwing out the data all day and getting fresh from the build 37 but I keep getting the 381 error message.
On the home page I found: NOTICE: Kit's uploaded between Nov 11 and Nov 15 may have had a processing glitch and are being reprocessed. This will take a few days due to the backlog. So I'll wait awhile and see what happens, maybe it's the computer and not me.
