How far down in your list of matches are they located? The triangulation feature compares the first 300 matches. Any matches farther down in your list won't be included. You can get some of those matches to triangulate by fiddling with the default value for total cM shared. It's set for 3000. Use a smaller value to get some of those lower matches to triangulate.
