The triangulation utility is only able to look at kits that have a minimum of 7cM matches based on the one-to-many results, which requires that batch processing be completed. The segment comparison utility is also showing kits that have not completed batch processing yet. Depending on the thresholds you have set, it may also be showing smaller matches. I believe that is probably the difference you are seeing.

There is no guarantee that the kits shown in a triangulation group share anything between other members of the group. In fact, it is probably unlikely that they do. The 3D chromosome browser would show if they share segments between each other.
