Yeah Jews were actually a sizable portion of Spain's medieval population. The Inquisition suppressed Judaism and Islam, leading some Jews and Muslims to emigrate to the New World but with still others remaining in Spain and assimilating into Catholic society.
As far as Central Asia is concerned, I actually think that's more likely to reflect your Native American side. Native Americans ultimately derive from NE Asia as genetic relationships and physical appearance both suggest, and Central Asian populations also have ties to populations farther north and east. It's a tough call though, as Central Asia has always been a mixture of European/Middle Eastern (Caucasian) and East Asian populations. You could almost say that the first true "mestizos" of the Old World were the people of Central Asia.
