I done a DNA test a few weeks ago and they haven't changed/updated/stayed the same since I got my results

I got British 44%, Irish 21%, Scandivan 19% then I got traces that equal 15%!
My traces are East EU 7% (range from 0-15%), West EU 3% (range from 0-11%), Iberian Peninsula 3% (range 0-10%), Italian/Greek 2% (range 0-6%)..So, am I all my traces, is it gonna turn out Im none of them as the ranges go to '0', I can't get excited about results that don't seem to give me a more positive result..

On my tree I found English, Irish, Prussian, French, German, and was meant to have Jewish but now I'm unsure as we def' had EU Jewish but wonder if some people converted etc and it hasn't came up in my DNA but anyways, this 15% of traces, am I roughly all of them?
