It could very well indicate a connection to the Taino Indians of Puerto Rico. I don't think that the DNA results indicated herein are also as of yet able to distinguish between Native American tribes from North and South America. Also, because of more recent genetic connections, Native American and Asian are sometimes hard to tell apart based on genetic testing and there could be overlap between the two on that end as well.
Puerto Ricans, being a rather recently formed New World population, are likely to show varying admixture percentages of Native American (i.e. Taino), European (Iberian Peninsula - Spain), and West African (Yoruba and other slaves) DNA results. Mixed in with the Iberian Peninsula (Spain - ancient Iberians and other indigenous peoples) may also be Italy/Greece, North Africa, or Great Britain based on the history of Spain (i.e. Romans, Moors, Celts, Visigoths, and others).
