Many Brits and Scandinavians can also have the very white freckled complexions as well, and such complexions are indeed found in many other ethnicities around Europe too. People from different parts of Europe also tend to be more admixed than other groups on average too, on account of all of the invasions, migrations, and conquests throughout European history. Between Germanic and Celtic invasions/migrations, Greco-Roman empires and colonization, Vikings, Slavic migrations, Arab/Turkish invasions, and others, Europeans from all over are a rather mixed lot.
