Interesting analysis, but would it be fair to say that much of the Caucasus DNA in Greeks (and Italians) is due to very ancient Neolithic settlement coming from Anatolia and the Near East? Many Italians and Italian descendants also have Caucasus DNA, likely mostly southerners though who have Ancient/Byzantine Greek ancestry as well as more Neolithic ancestry than northern/central Italians.
