So a few days ago I was filling out an application with an ethnicity category and I wondered whether I was expected to select hispanic/latino or white what's the difference? Also why is there a catagory hispanic-white and non-hispanic white I don't get it are Spaniards any less European than anyone else? Those things don't make any sense to me, can anyone clarify?
