I really enjoyed and was fascinated by the article posted by Anna Swayne on March 26, 2014 in AncestryDNA, The Faces Behind AncestryDNA’s Ethnicity Regions

Let's celebrate the many varied ethnic identities and the unique beauty each express.
I would LOVE this idea taken further. It would be amazing if someone compiled an online photo catalogue for research depicting each of the ethnic types using subjects, male and female of each, who epitomize the generally accepted physical features of their tribe/type/ethnicity at the age of full maturity but not aging.

Through my genealogy work, I've already started to notice these ethnic identities more easily, e.g., Eastern European versus Western. And it gives my mind all sorts of fun to imagine where other's people came from and to identify from where my features descended.
