Other DNA services don't have a Polynesian category, rather Polynesian ancestry is indicated by the presence of both East Asian/Southeast Asian + Oceanian categories (reflecting their ancient migration route out of Asia and into the Pacific).
For example, my results in three different services:
AncestryDNA: 36% Polynesian
23andMe: 26.8% East Asian, 4.2% Oceanian*
FTDNA: 33.83% Southeast Asian, 5.44% Oceanian
I'm not sure what AncestryDNA's criteria is for deciding how much East Asian in the equation can be considered Polynesian versus, let's say, Chinese. It could get tricky - many Hawaiians, for example, also have fairly recent Chinese and/or Japanese ancestry (there was massive immigration to Hawaii from those places in the 1800s).
*EDIT: 23andMe updated their categories and my results, today. I now show 15.6% Southeast Asian, 12.3% Oceanian, 1.8% Nonspecific East Asian.
