Ancestry has now posted new articles in their help section for circles that explain the new inclusion of non-related "collateral" relatives such as in-laws of your ancestors in these "discoveries" and in the circles themselves is intentional along with a paper explaining why they don't show segment data as do the other dna companies or provide a chromosome browser to do triangulation on your own. It is the first time I have seen them defend their refusal to provide these tools in a detailed way...it will be interesting to see responses from the community that have been doing segment triangulation with the tools on gedmatch or other autosomal DNA companies.
