i would like to confirm my opinion of my ancestry.com DNA results. my ethnicity results included 46% from various african countries, 47% european jewish, and varies small traces.

am i correct in concluding that 1 parent has dominant african ancestry and 1 parent has dominant jewish ancestry vs concluding they both had mixed african and jewish ancestry.
