I've been sent DNA Sharing invitations by two people over four days that have never arrived.

These have been sent to three emails (two gmail and one aol) and by user name. I even changed my ancestry email to another gmail account. This didn't do a thing.

I have no spam filters on Chrome, Safari, AOL, Gmail or any firewall.

I am receiving ancestry emails.

So far I have made at least three calls to Ancestry Help. The reps are quite nice but my problem still exists. I keep being told that the issue is on my end.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Does anyone have any further suggestions?
