I couldn't get my sister's autosomal data to download because I'm not getting the email message. A customer service rep temporarily changed my email address to hers and tried. She couldn't get it to work either. Her "solution": There's probably a temporary problem with the system so wait a couple of days and try again. Unsatisfying. I tried my other accounts and I can't download the data from them either although I've never had a problem doing so in the past. The rep said nobody else had reported the problem. Is anybody else having it?
